The fact that a long distance love affair is hard and
grueling is fairly obvious, so there is not a single reason for you to read
about that. Now, my Pinoy Recipe Topic for today is not what you will feel if
you were ever on that said relationship, but how these lovebirds who are
faraway from each other normally deals with it. First, let’s decide what’s
“normal”. I think the ratio of 8 out of 10 seems fair right? So let’s just say
that 8 out of 10 couples who are far apart, usually finds themselves dealing
with the same or quite similar problems. A few of the biggest issues here are
jealousy, paranoia and uncertainty. Those three issues are common in any type
of relationship but it goes off the chart when distance is added on top of it.
First, jealousy is not only something that can destroy a relationship but it
makes it a lot more pain in the ass. The ladies are popular to have this kind
of tendency. A lot of source may trigger jealousy such as friends, pictures, Facebook
posts, unanswered phone calls, emails or texts, gossips and misunderstandings,
which leads us to our second biggest problem called paranoia. The boys on the
other hand are the ones who tend to experience being paranoid of their ladylove.
Being suspicious of your partner’s whereabouts and companions are sadly very destructive
in a relationship especially when your partner is so far away that you can
barely think of reasons that will take away your doubts and fears. And when
that happens uncertainty may be one of its results. Some may become unsure of
their feelings for the ones they once loved so dearly, or it may be the other
way around. They may doubt their partner’s feelings towards them. What will
happen after that? Long distance fight over the phone, dodged calls, drinking
and flirting, crying over someone else’s shoulder and so on. Now, what do you
do, then? Here’s the thing, as cheesy as it sounds, your love is your only
salvation in times like that. Make sure that the love in your heart will not be
tainted by anything or anyone. There will be a lot of obstacles that will come
along, but if your love is strong enough, then I am pretty sure you’ll survive.
Love is all you need and love should be one of the reasons for you to go on and
move forward. So, since we have tackled a bit of a bumpy lover’s ride and
concluded with a cheesy solution, here’s a perfect pinoy recipe for you; Ladies
and gentlemen, may I introduce you my creamy mashed potato. You will surely
love it, lumps, bumps and all. – xoxo your sisig master

anything that you can use to mash it.

can already pour nestle cream and butter on it and mix it together.

serving bowl, and top it with fried bacon bits.
