Boy Girl Mismatch: A Good Thing or A Bad Thing?

It is evident that men and women are different on a lot of aspects thus a lot of conflict arise. "Men are from Mars. Women are from Venus "(or so we hear frequently). Even with all those technology developments, new era, fresh generations and all those vast and unbelievable changes in our world, some remain constant, and one of those are the views of women and men’s. How do we solve this pickle? If in case there is indeed a solution, do we want it? The problem with men is they are constantly unaware whereas women are painfully aware of every single thing. To be fair, men most often than not remain mute during a conflict, but this is just to avoid a bigger fight. BUT the sad fact is women HATE that. On the other hand, women talk. They tend to say everything that’s been going on in their heads that they bluntly say things directly, most especially during an interrogation, fight, or other situations, good or bad. If a guy shuts up, he is just not talking but when a girl stopped talking, there’s hell breaking loose. See? CONFLICT! The question is, are these differences between a boy and a girl, a good thing or a bad thing? My answer is neither. Having same views doesn’t mean that no problems will arise, and having a different one does not necessarily mean hell. It all boils down to compromise. Both parties should be able to consider the other’s say on things. There should be enough love to make them want to hold on tight no matter what. If not, then the relationship is already doomed a long time ago. So, to conclude this topic, I am giving you the sweet pinoy recipe called Death by Chocolate Cake. 3 Types of Lovers In A Lifetime – Three Cheese Pasta Pinoy Recipe

Being able to love and give love in return is one of the best feelings you’ll ever encounter. There will be times that you will get hurt, but that moment shall pass, and will only be a memory that will teach you how to live. The thing about relationships is it often starts good, then it will turn bad and then good again and so on. Which is also the reason we tend to do it again and again, even if it scares us. Now, aside from the Pinoy Recipe 3 Cheese pasta, there are three types of lovers you will likely encounter in life, and that is the topic for today. Have you experienced them all yet?

1.    The ex-es
The ex-es are the ex-boyfriends, ex-girlfriends, ex-gay lovers etc. In short, they are the ones that we liked or loved before but the relationship did not work. Those are the experiences that we want to forget because of so many reasons such as bad decisions, poor judgments, scary experiences, sad memories and a lot more. These ex-es are the ones that are meant to be forgotten because it just creates negative vibes on our present, which is not really an issue anymore but you just want to live peacefully.

2.    The one that got away
Hmmm the one that got away…everybody has one. The one that got away is the one person that you can never ever forget even if you tried. That same person is the one who still got that place in your heart that no one can ever replace, but is no longer in your life anymore. The pain of loosing that person may be gone but the memories of him or her in your life is still fresh and powerful. Remembering that person can be painful at times but it is mostly just a nice way to look back of the wonderful life you once shared.

3.    The one
Ohhhh the one… This person is the most important person that you should hang on to. He or she may not be perfect or may not be the one that you have expected, but you know that this relationship is for keeps. Believe it or not, you will know. You will experience a lot of good and bad memories with this person and still be assured that this really is for good. This person will be the one that could make your life sweeter than ever. Of course you will still encounter those bumps of a regular relationships, but all would be worth it. Promise.

With that, I will provide you of my delectable and oh so yummy 3 cheese pasta pinoy recipe. It contains each cheese that you will surely love as much as you have loved each of the 3 types of lovers you have met in your life.

To All The Angels Out There

Things happen for a reason. If it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be. It happened because God has a plan for you and your future. Hard times comes learning. These are just a few of the things that you would likely hear from the people around you when something life changing happens to you. When unexpected, good events come into your life, all those sentences are easy to understand and accept, but when it’s the other way around, those words mean nothing. It can never console you. There is no one to talk to and no place to go to that would be enough to make you understand why a bad thing that would change your life had to happen.

There is only you and that dreadful event.

How can you accept any reason if you have to lose someone you love? How can you see beyond the truth if you know your life is altered forever in just a matter of time? These things are real and it happens to a lot of person around you, if not to you. Now, the question is what do you do when it does?

I am currently going through the biggest bump that I have ever encountered in my life. My favorite nephew died last March. I love him so much that when he died at the age of 11 years old, I was distraught, shocked and confused at the same time. I cannot seem to understand what was going on until days after his burial. I cannot see everything that’s going on around me. I cannot understand my reaction on every event that happened after his death. No one can console me. No one can pull me out of the pit that I was in. I cannot see anything that can make me happy even for a little while. I was sad, then frustrated, then angry, then miserable and then numb. And then suddenly it hit me; I can never see him ever again.

My only salvation for the time being is God and my kids. I see my kids as someone who still need me. They need their mother sane and functioning. It’s the only thing that makes me not want to die or go crazy. I cling to God because He is the only one who can truly understand what’s been going on in my mind and body these past few months. I believed that heaven is what we will expect when we die and that is where my nephew is. I believed he is now as happy as he deserved to be even if it means that he can’t be with us anymore. The only thing that may convince me to be at least be in peace with the fact that my nephew cannot be with us physically anymore is the thought that God will allow him to look down on us from above to see that he is not forgotten and still loved by many.

I will not post a recipe today but a prayer instead for those little angels that are truly missed by their families they left behind.

Dear God,

Please tell our angel to be happy because what they left us is the ability to love someone forever. We may be lonely and grieving but that’s only because they are truly missed. Please tell our angel that we love him so much and we miss him so dearly. We may not be able to accept that he is truly gone just yet, but we are still looking forward to a happy life later on. In time, I know we can accept his absence but we will never forget him. God, we know you are taking good care of him, but still forgive us for asking this, please let him feel Your love and please let him feel our everlasting love. I ask this through Christ our Lord.

Amen.

How NOT to Lose Your Girl – My Sweet Sweet Crème Brûlée Pinoy Recipe

Not all relationships are the same, and not all girls react similarly. But there are several things that you can do, which will impress most ladies. Before I reveal my secret Crème Brulee Pinoy Recipe, let me provide you some useful tips that would allow you to keep your girl satisfied.

1.    Thou shall not lie
Lying is a big no no for all girls. Most men would think that they could get away with a lie, but fall flat on their faces in the end. Always bear in mind that girls have this sort of radar that can sense a lie. Let me explain how it works. As most would know, girls are very sensitive. And that aspect is what they use in order to sense a lie. They know how you react, how your body moves and how you speak during normal circumstances. Now, when something is off, that’s the time that these intuitive women do their “research”, hence your lie, cheating, wrong moves etc are uncovered.

2.    Treat her like YOUR princess
I didn’t suggest treating her like a queen because making her your princess is way better. It means that treating her with outmost care as well as respect is some of your goals. Make her the center of your world and let her know it.

3.    Do not spoil her too much
You can give her everything you think she needs, but not too much. Spoiling her too much should never be your aim because it may get too boring for her taste. You still have to give her a challenge. Be stubborn if you need to. Let her know that even if she is your princess, you are still her man, a man who can tame her and love her at the same time.

4.    Listen to what she is not saying
The most complicated thing that most men cannot get about women is the time when they do not speak. A girl can talk forever but will only shut up when they’re fed up. That is the most crucial time that men should listen or else, they might find themselves out the door and out of her life for good. So, if you have the guts to make her shut up, it is imperative for you to have the ability to make her talk to you yet again. Assure her of your love and make sure she knows you’re sincere. Again, take into account a girl’s ability to read your actions. She will know.

5.    I Love You
These three powerful words are very important to a girl. Tell her how you feel and show her you are true to your words. Saying I love you to her is something that can transform her normal day to a great day. And I am pretty sure you know what happens when a girl’s day is great right? ;)

So, without further a do, here is my sweet sweet Crème Brulee Pinoy Recipe. xoxo your Malabon Sisig Master
