Say what you want and do what you want. Let me ask you something, would you be interested in someone if that person is so predictable? Would you exert an effort on a girl or a boy if you already know how they tick? HECK NO! You do not want to be that person. You have to ALWAYS add spice in your relationship. Relationships should never be boring or else, you might as well expect the worse. Sad but true.

• Eat 

Yup, you read it right. To those who are broken-hearted, please please please try to eat. Do not starve yourself just because your girlfriend or boyfriend of 10 years left you for someone else. As you may probably notice, I am a fan of comfort foods and food reward. This is because of the fact that I have tested its effect and food can definitely bring your heart comfort. You, of all people are the ones who need a lot of strength. Starvation will not only make you weak, but it would also make you look old and wrinkly. Please stay healthy especially during bad times. It may be hard, but you have got to do it.
